Our Smoking Process
Fresh, handcrafted meats and poultry start with unique rubs, cures and brines. They are then smoked for up to 13 hours in-house by our award-winning “Pit Master”. The freshest spices are used with apple, peach and sugar maple woods to produce the most incredibly flavored meats. Our hams, bacon, turkey, briskets, chicken and sausages are some of the finest you will ever taste.
